3 of 3

3 of 3 -GC5GVC4

This cache is fairly close to our house.  I had actually found it a week ago, but couldn't get the cap off so didn't log it as a find.  A few more people have found it since then, and left the cap looser, so I was able to open it this time.

I mainly stopped so I could keep my cache-a-day streak going in 2015.  Don't know why I bothered - it died the very next day.  I am just not meant to do long streaks apparently.

Fort Casey

We really should have gone the day before, it was cold, but sunny and dry.  Today, was freezing and rainy.  Needless to say we didn't stay long!

I ran back and found the cache while the family huddled in the car trying to warm up.  Did you know there was an exhibit there about composting and recycling?  Me either!  Some nice, warm, sunny day, I may go back and actually read the signs.

Found another Travel Bug in the cache.

Driving back, we drove through Coupeville.  Joshua and I ran all the way out to the end of a pier to find this cache.  Again, might go back and explore when it's not so cold and wet!

Its a Man's Life In Whidbey's Island Green

Its a Man's Life In Whidbey's Island Green -GC1NQKH

We went to the Need's cabin for a few days.  Had grand plans of finding several caches a day. All the kids and even Eric were on board with the plan.  Barely found 1 a day.  LOL

First cache of the year, found bright and early when I took the girls to the park at 8ish am.  It was literally freezing cold - about 28 degrees.  They had fun though!
