I don't think I've ever driven through Fircrest before.  It's really a very nice area!

My GPS freaked out when I got to the park and refused to work.  I wandered around a bit trying to figure out what it might be.  I thought it might be this box:

but, the hint gave a numeric code which was only 3 digits.  4 are needed to open the box.  I left and continued thinking about it while I went to get my milk.  On the way back I stopped again.  Ironically enough, my GPS stopped working again when I got to the park. Knowing the clue was "503", I looked around for something with that number on it.  Right away, I saw this sign.  It actually was a magnet and the cache log was stuck to the back.  Very clever!
