Today's first cache was a puzzle cache.  In order to figure out where the cache is, you first need to figure out some form of puzzle, riddle, game, etc. which will give you the coordinates.  Some puzzle caches are so hard, I honestly can't even tell what the question is!

This one told you how to solve it in the Hint, and after that it was fairly simple to solve, and find.
